Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Chapa, which supports Mobile Money, bank transfers, and card payments. All payments are processed securely.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with a free allowance instead of a countdown: 3 product listings, 5 HS code lookups, 3 origin calculations, 5 Business Analytics AI queries and 1 credit report — no card required. Nothing expires, so an account you don't touch for a month still has its full allowance. The meter only moves when you actually use a feature, and it doesn't reset — subscribe when you need more.
What happens when I reach my limits?
You never hit a hard wall mid-task. Every plan includes a monthly usage-credit wallet: once a feature's included allowance is used up, further actions simply draw credits (e.g. 3 per AI query, 15 per origin calculation). When the wallet runs low you can top up in one tap or upgrade your plan.
How does the platform commission work?
Commission is volume-based, not tier-based. Every seller starts at the standard 5% per order, and the rate falls with order quantity — down to 3% for the largest orders — regardless of which plan you're on. It is charged on the seller payout, separately from your subscription.
How do I get the ERP Finance Desk?
The ERP Finance Desk (accounting, invoicing, settlements, reconciliation) is included with Pro and Enterprise. Other plans can add a one-time $2,999 lifetime ERP license, with optional $349/yr maintenance & hosting after the included first year and a 6 × $549 installment option.
